The primary criterion is that the institute should benefit handicapped children 21 years of age or younger.
Institutions must fill out a grant application with details of how the funds will be used and a feedback report indicating the progress that has been made using the funds provided by HHH. Institutions can also send letters & photographs with the feedback report.
